About the Event:

Troops will grab dinner before they arrive and then check in together, drop their bags in a designated location, and proceed to the gathering area where we will open the evening together.     A schedule will be distributed to attendees so that the Trailmen can attend all the sessions offered.

Once the evening sessions wrap up, we will have a snack and movie, then catch some sleep before breakfast the next morning.  After packing up overnight sleep things, sessions will then continue.

We will gather for a closing before we send everyone on their way.
